1. After Purchasing from outlet or online, exchange of product is possible only within similar category & should be physically submitted within 7 days (working days) of purchase along with product invoice.
2. Exchange will be applicable to any product with equivalent price or more.
3. If the product is purchased from online, such as: Facebook Page, our E-commerce website, our group (Facebook) or third-party group (Facebook group), YouTube channel, over phone call, delivery charge needs to be paid in advance for outside Dhaka & Dhaka sub-urban areas.
Exchange will be Applicable for following reasons:

2. Spot in fabric,
3. Torn dress,
4. Quality problem (only online purchase),
5. Wrong Color delivery,
6. Unmatched product.
